Who is responsible for cleaning my apartment?
You will be responsible for cleaning your apartment. However, we can arrange for your apartment to be cleaned on a regular basis by a local company for a small charge.
What happens if I lose my entry keycard?
You need to report the loss to the my pad team. They can be contacted on +44 (0)23 8071 0730 and via e-mail . A replacement card will cost £30 + VAT and this will be available for collection from our locally based management office during normal working hours.
